The 17The 17 is a healing ritual used for children age 7-17. There are 17 identified emotional wounds that Indigo children can hold. Each wounding is held in a specific place in the body. In order to "drain" the energy from that particular place effected we play a little ritual/game/ceremony designed especially for that specific wound. Each healing game is called a YOUMEE because it is to be played by the child and one parent together. Each YOUMEE takes no more than two to three minutes to play and consists of a combination of movement, breath, and specific words of invocation. In the first session the child goes though an illumination to determine what YOUMEES should be played. Three months later, in a second session, you'll complete all the remaining YOUMEES that were not illuminated in the first. These specific wounds, the ones the child holds from birth and acquires until the YOUMEES are played, are permanently healed though the two YOUMEE sessions. A "protective shield" is placed around them, and those specific wounds will not manifest again. To understand what a "permanent" healing means, think about what happens if you break your arm in two or more pieces. The doctor puts your arm in a cast for several weeks and the bones "knit" themselves back together. The arm is repaired and the break is "permanently" healed. In some cases the place of the break will be stronger, but there is no guarantee that the arm bone will not break again in a future accident. Yet, from that moment on the injury is healed. Due to the highly sensitive nature of Indigo Children it is surely possible that your child can be "re-injured". Having played the YOUMEES will make Indigo children less susceptible to the possibility of new woundings, but will not eliminate the possibility altogether. So, parents and Indigo children, now highly aware of the power of YOUMEE healings, can tap into your own knowing to determine if and when a "BOOSTER" YOUMEE session will be helpful. | |
