Clinic and Appointment policy

We recommend all patients to wear masks but it is not a requirement.  If you have any cold, flu or allergies symptoms, you will be requested to wear a mask when entering the clinic.  We do not lower our guards to make sure all patients are being treated safely and equally.  If you forget to bring one, we are happy to provide one for you before you enter the clinic.  

We do our best to protect all our patients.  All practitioners are fully vaccinated and boosted in this clinic.  We disinfect our clinic daily and sanitize the table and equipment after every use.  

Appointment guidelines

• Please fill out all required forms online prior to the appointment and arrive on time at waiting area.  
• We accept credit cards checks or cash for payments.
• Please wear or bring loose and comfortable clothing that allow easy access to the diseased areas.
• Should you have tested positive for COVID, please contact us as soon as possible.  You can reschedule or change your appointment to Tele-health. We will lift our 24-hour cancellation policy and waive the last-minute cancellation fee due to public health concerns. 

Clinic settings

• The practitioner will be wearing mask and may be gloves, if necessary, throughout the whole treatment.   Gloves will be disposed of after each treatment and will not be reused.  All gloves are non-latex for medical use only.
• Examination table and pillows are covered with anti-bacterial Medical grade SpaMed™ fabric or disposable medical drape sheet.  All surface will be disinfected after every use.  
• Cuppings, Gua Sha and other reusable clinic tools will be disinfected by the highest level of disinfectant after each use.  All acupuncture needles are disposable and one-time use only.
